Terms of Use
Last updated 6 July 2026
1. Who we are
B2B.ng is a business-to-business marketplace operated in Nigeria that helps companies find, verify, and work with other businesses. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Eligibility and accounts
B2B.ng is for registered businesses and the people authorised to act for them. You must be at least 18. You sign in through auth.ng and are responsible for keeping your login secure and your company information accurate and up to date.
3. Verification and trust
We check businesses using details such as CAC registration, identity, address and supporting documents. A verified badge and trust score reflect that process. You must not impersonate another business or submit false or altered documents.
4. Using the marketplace
You may list products and services, post RFQs and tenders, send and receive quotes, and message other businesses. Listings and requests must be genuine, lawful, and accurate. We may remove content or listings that breach these terms.
5. Payments and escrow
Where on-platform payments and escrow are enabled, funds are held and released according to the agreed terms of the deal. Pressuring a counterparty to pay off-platform to avoid protections is prohibited and may lead to suspension.
6. Prohibited conduct
No fraud, misrepresentation, spam, scraping, or attempts to break platform security. No posting of another company brand or logo you do not own. No use of the platform for anything unlawful. Breaches can lead to content removal, suspension or a permanent ban.
7. Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of the content you upload and grant B2B.ng a licence to host and display it to operate the marketplace. The B2B.ng name, design and software remain ours.
8. Disputes
If a deal goes wrong, use the dispute centre. Our team reviews the evidence from both sides and can release or refund a protected payment. Decisions are made in good faith to keep the marketplace fair.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts other users at risk. You can close your account at any time; some records are retained where the law requires.
10. Disclaimers and liability
B2B.ng connects businesses and provides tools, but the underlying trade is between the businesses themselves. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from deals made on the platform.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the Nigerian courts.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
